These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online software as a service provided by Hereon Limited ("we", "us", or "our") that allows customers to search for personal information by entering a first name, last name, email, phone number, or username (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription and Pricing

The Service is available with a monthly subscription at a price of €29 per month. We also offer a 48-hour trial for €0.50. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. You authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

3. License and Use Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Use the Service to collect or store personal information about others without their consent
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Service
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein
