How a search works, from input to verified result
PeopleReach does not keep a database of people. Each search queries public and professional sources at the moment you run it, assembles what they publish, tags every data point with its source type and verifies the contact details before showing them.
- Model
- Search at request time, no central database
- Transparency
- Source type on every data point
- Retention
- Results kept only in your account history
Principles that shape every result
Design choices, not just policy.
-
No central database
Results are assembled when you search and stored only in your history. The service does not accumulate profiles.
-
Source type on every item
Public page, professional profile, directory or data provider — you always know what you are looking at.
-
Nothing private, nothing guessed
If no source publishes the information, the result is empty. No inference, no content behind logins.
-
Business channels first
Company domains, office lines and public profiles, not personal mailboxes or private mobiles.
-
Built for professional use
Sales, recruiting, verification: the service is designed for teams, and the terms reserve it for professional use.
The five stages of a search
-
01
Input
A name and company, a business email or a phone number.
-
02
Sources
Public pages, professional profiles, professional directories and data providers are queried at that moment.
-
03
Assembly
Matches are compared and grouped; homonyms are listed so you choose the right one.
-
04
Verification
Email deliverability and phone validity are checked.
-
05
Result and history
The result is shown to you and saved in your own account history only.
Why every contact detail is verified before you see it
A result is only useful if it works. Deliverability and line checks run on every contact detail, without sending a message or placing a call.
- Email: domain records, mailbox existence, catch-all
- Phone: format, country, line type, assigned range
- Company: domain and address match
What is kept, and where
Your search history is stored in your account, visible only to you, and deleted with it. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and never stored by PeopleReach.
- History visible only to the account holder
- Deleted with the account
- Card data handled by the payment provider
One subscription, stated in full
Access to PeopleReach is sold as a monthly subscription that starts with a 48-hour trial. Both amounts are shown here with the same prominence, because both will appear on your card statement.
Full access to every search and report during the trial period.
Charged automatically at the end of the trial, then every month until you cancel.
Good to know
- The trial converts into the monthly subscription at €39.90 unless it is cancelled before the 48 hours end.
- Up to 20 detailed reports per month; searches are subject to the fair-use terms of the service.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payment is taken.
Prices in euros, VAT included. The subscription renews automatically each month. Cancel at any time from your account or the cancellation page.
Do you keep a database of people?
No. Sources are queried at the time of each search; results live only in the history of the account that ran them.
How current are results?
As current as the sources at the moment of the search. The source type is shown so you can check the original if needed.
Why is a result empty?
Because no public or professional source lists what you searched for. The service does not fill gaps with guesses.
Can another customer see my searches?
No. History is private to each account.
Ready to work with cleaner contact data?
Start with the trial, then keep the subscription only if it earns its place in your toolkit. Cancelling takes one step.
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
